1. Information We Collect
Bodhi Cards operates strictly as an identity card data-collection and processing platform. Sponsoring organizations (schools, businesses, and coordinators) submit data fields required to print physical ID cards.
This information includes names, candidate registration IDs, grades/departments, blood groups, telephone contacts, emergency addresses, and high-resolution candidate photographs.
2. How We Protect Your Data
All candidate data and photographs are encrypted during transit using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS 1.2+) connections and stored securely.
Access to registry forms is restricted via unique secure tokens (e.g., /link/[token]) issued only to authorized coordinators, preventing search engines or unauthorized third parties from scanning database records.
Data Retention & Scrubbing Policy
We store student and employee identity data solely for the period required to verify, approve, and compile final print batches.
- Active Work Runs:Personal data and uploaded pictures are stored securely in our active databases for the duration of the organization's active print run.
- 90-Day Auto-Scrub: By default, candidate records and raw photographs are automatically scrubbed or archived 90 days after delivery or release of printed batches, unless a custom extended retention period is explicitly requested by the organizing institution.
- Permanent Deletion: Sponsoring coordinators can request immediate purging of all cardholder entries directly from their admin panel once print production is closed.
3. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, lease, or distribute candidate records, email listings, or portrait photos to any marketing agencies or data brokers.
Data is shared strictly with the authorized print shop operator linked to your sponsoring organization for card embossing, lamination, and badge assembly.
