1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Bodhi Cards self-registration link or utilizing our administrative portal, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of your institution and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Accuracy of Submissions
Coordinators and candidates must ensure that all submitted data (e.g. spelling of names, blood groups, admission digits) and uploaded crop photos are accurate and authorized.
Bodhi Cards & Technologies is not responsible for typographical errors, barcode alignment malfunctions, or photo print errors arising from incorrect user data inputs.
3. Data Integrity & Retention
Our system operates automatic data sanitation. Once a printed card batch is finalized and delivered, all candidate entry logs and pictures are enqueued for automatic purging within 90 days. Sponsoring organizations must download excel sheets and copy reports locally if they require long-term backups.
We reserve the right to close or delete inactive registration links that show no database write operations for a consecutive period of 120 days.
4. Prohibited Submissions
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading obscene, copyrighted, or impersonated photographs. We monitor webcam captures and file uploads. Violations will result in immediate termination of access to the registration link and cancelation of the printing run.
